Inspiration 240: Rustic Peacock and Orange

This board is for a bride who wanted to combine a city and country feel into her wedding using peacock blue and orange as the color palette and incorporating feathers and pearls.  I think the bouquet in this board is spot on with the orchids and peacock feathers!  The clutch would be a great city chic touch for the bridesmaids to carry.

Inspiraion 215: Modern Whimsy

I think the bouquet in this board is just so whimsical, but modern at the same time.  So I took that idea and ran with it to create this board.  The zig-zag table runner is definitely fun & modern and the abstract cake is a unique touch.

Inspiration 186: Sweet Pale Pink and Mustard

This board turned out so sweet!  I was inspired by a unique source for this board, the yummy looking donuts on this board.  I thought the pale pink icing and mustard yellow sprinkles would make a great color palette, and I think they definitely did!

Inspiration 183: Spring Aqua and Yellow + Green Hydrangeas

This is my favorite color palette!  The bride who requested this board wants her spring wedding to have use light aqua, yellow and green as the colors and to be springy without looking beachy.  She also wants to incorporate green hydrangeas which I included in both of the bridal bouquets.  The men will be wearing gray suits which I showed paired with a light aqua tie and a yellow and green boutonniere.  For more aqua and yellow wedding inspiration check out these two amazing weddings:  Kelly + Eric and Celina + David.  Elements of both weddings are featured in this board.

Inspiration #166: Magenta and Mustard Floral Inspiration

Here is a pretty and bold color palette for you!  I love the way the magenta really pops next to mustard and how beautifully they work together.

Loving this fun color palette, I think it could work well for any season!  Plus, I'm slightly obsessed with anything that incorporates Billy Balls, they are so fun.

Inspiration #135- Honey Bees and Daisies

This is my first guest post at Becoming the Mrs.! Its a simple daisy white and honey yellow board that incorporates some yellow and white stripes. I especially adore the bouquet in this picture, its so fun and spring-like! The cake is really cool too, kind of modern and very unique.

Bouquet Love #3!

Loving all the colors and flowers used in these bouquets and the centerpiece too. They just feel like spring to me! I also love the brides birdcage veil and one strapped dress.

Real Wedding Love: Toby and Amy's Owl Themed Wedding

My heart just melted when I saw these wedding photos!  I was randomly checking out the Amorology blog (which belongs to the MOST amazing wedding designer Heather), and ran across Toby and Amy's gorgeous and fun wedding.  Plus, their wedding colors are the same as I have picked out!  My favorite touch were all the owl inspired signs, I especially liked the tags on the lollipop favors that read:  "Owl love you forever."  This wedding is just so inspiring to me and I hope it inspires you as well.  All photos by Jason McGrew via Amorology.

Inspiration #42- Fuchsia and Yellow Library Wedding

This board was created for a bride who e-mailed me and was a bit confused about colors.  She's getting married in a library and wasn't sure if the bright color palette that she loved would work in her venue (the library at Johns Hopkins University, such a unique venue!)  My solution was to keep the bright colors in the flowers and other details and dress the bridesmaids in chocolate brown.  Hope you love it!

"Oh my oh my!!!!! I LOVE it. I wasn't sure I could have both colors I

loved, and you made it come alive! I truly like the matches you have
created, most so the lemon fuschia flower bowl, the bursts of fuschia
here and there. Plus adding the chocolate brown to the fuschia for
bridesmaid dresses looks like it would work really well. I feel
honored you created this for me Carly. too. It's almost as having my
wedding featured in a magazine, that is, what my future wedding would
