This board was requested by a bride who is planning a rustic wedding in Texas with a English countryside feel since both her fiance and her are English. Her color palette is French blue and blush which I think works perfectly with the feel she is going for!

Real Wedding: Meghan & Jeff's Cheery Wedding

I love the bouquets in this wedding! Meghan used pink, orange, yellow and green for her color palette and each of her nine bridesmaid carried a bouquet of a single color of roses and gerbera daisies. Many congratulations to Meghan and Jeff!

This is what Meghan had to say about her big day:
"Of course, we used the wonderful Cordele Photography to capture our big day. We chose gerbera daisies and roses in a mix of orange, hot pink, and yellow. Each of my nine bridesmaids actually had a different color (one of the three-yellow, pink, or orange), which was unique and a great idea by my florist (we used Harry Quints Floral Bouquet). The girls' dresses were a lime green color and our cake had a similar color green ribbon around each layer with the mix of color flowers at the top. My dress, as well as the bridesmaid dresses, were from J. Crew. Everything seemed affordable and most of the choices we made were cost-friendly. We were married at a parish in Belmont, where I grew up, and our reception was at the Renaissance Hotel in South Boston. While the weather was HOT that day, the breeze by the water was beautiful. One other accent that was unique to us was our choice of favors. We chose to donate money to three charities important to us, and we put a frame on each table indicating the three foundations for people to be aware of. The day was an exceptionally fun milestone for me and my husband-we have incredible memories of family and friends from last summer's big event, and still talk about how smooth the day went for us overall. We were very lucky."

Elizabeth & Chris had a lovely backyard wedding in Massachusetts last September. I love how they incorporated just a few colors into their wedding party and then brightened up the reception but adding a few hints of other colors in. And the table numbers were Ben & Jerry ice cream flavors, how cute!

I found a new favorite color palette! This board is just so gorgeous, how can you not fall in love with this mixture of peach, coral, terracotta, mint, aqua and succulent green? It does sound like a lot of colors but working within the two color families the combination seems to just work. Love the peach and coral striped dress, I think it would make a great bridesmaids look! I would love to see striped bridesmaids dresses be a new trend.

This board was requested by a bride who was a little lost on how to tie her color scheme together. She is having two adult bridesmaids who are wearing black dresses and a teen bridesmaid who is wearing a Persian Plum colored dress, which she originally thought would be darker to tie in with her vintage-ish gold and ivory wedding gown. The groomsmen and groom will be wearing gray suits and she is unsure how the bright plum will fit. I say, embrace the Persian Plum and incorporate it into different elements of your big day to really pull your color scheme together. I think the top middle bouquet would be great for the bride to pull in both the black and Persian Plum. I'd also give the boys a Persian Plum boutonniere but keep the rest of their look neutral and incorporate gray, black and Persian Plum into the paper elements. Hope this helps!

Another requested board! I was contacted by Christina to make a board for her red barn wedding reception. She wants to use coral as her main color but questioned if it would clash with the red, but I say no way! Coral and red actually go together just fine. For this board I used a few shades of coral (from softer to a more reddish coral), raspberry red, sepia, wood and white for the color palette. She wants to incorporate a modernized vintage feel that has an outdoor touch to it that I think the natural, free form centerpieces really convey.

The bride who requested the board didn't want a preppy feel and wants to incorporate quirky touches into her wedding like bridesmaids hats. I love the idea of a fun boutonniere too, like a pinwheel! Mismatched bridesmaids dresses can add a lot of texture and visual interest to your wedding day and since part of their reception venue is a library I think incorporating books into the centerpiece would really tie that into her wedding day.

I heart this board! In Greek Mythology the olive branch represents wisdom and peace and I love the idea of incorporating olive leaves into a Greek inspired wedding. I especially love the olive leaf bouquet, its so unique! Besides the green of the leaves, I added a touch of cobalt blue to emulate the pretty blue rooftops in parts of Greece and lots of gold accents.

Loft weddings are so chic and modern. For this board I kept the color palette classy with black, white and exposed brick. This is definitely a fun inspiration board, great to brighten up a Monday morning! The bride who requested this board wanted to work with a brown, purple and teal color palette that incorporated peacock feathers and rusty elements with a steampunk and victorian feel. Whew... with all these ideas it could get a little over the top but the bride is a professional costumer as well as a cake designer and artist so I'm sure she will pull it off beautifully! She requested no white (including her dress) so here is the board I came up with!

I love how the design looks like confetti, and then I remembered the confetti cake I saw on Martha Stewart awhile ago and decided to make it into a board. I went with a navy and purple color scheme to go with the dress and added fun rainbow sprinkles to make it extra fun!
